The subs and sandwiches are good but the pastry, cakes and cupcakes are STALE AND OLD.This location is on Winn St. In Burlington

Friendly staff, delicious bread, cakes and pastries consistently . I always know my orders will be ready for those special occasions.

Went into this establishment to buy some bread last weekend. Out of the corner of my eye I see two mice running across the back wall. I walked out and won't be going back EVER.

Terrible food stale

I've had a bunch of pastries from here and they were all good. The one cake I tried was dry and kinda bland. The one time I tried the pizza it was not very good. Some of the best woopie pies I've ever had! Friendly staff and good prices too.

Left in awe and breathless at the amazing selection of pastries and food. It was so hard to make a decision that I almost got one of each thing. The quality of the food was tremendous. I would definitely recommend to friends and family as long as they bring me something too!

My niece ordered a birthday cake for her 40th birthday from Roma. She also wanted to know what else was available when she ordered it and the staff was very rude to her. They told her to call on the day we picked it up. She called that day and the staff was again rude to her. My fiance went to pick up the cake and they were rude to him. I realize this is a tough time, but there is no need for anyone to be rude to anyone else. I will never go to Roma's again and I will tell my friends and neighbors about this experience.

Best fresh cannoli's North of Boston! Roma's is clean, average priced, friendly staff, great variety (will have your favorites) and has delicious mouth watering baked goods! It's located in the heart of Woburn, just outside of the center's rotary.

Had a canoli and a fudge cake. Both was tasty!

Consistent high quality pastries. Any dinner guest bringing a box of sweets from Roma's, or one of their chewy, hearty loaves of bread, is welcome in my home! Staff is always helpful. Try the lobster tail -- a tricky balance between flaky crust and rich filling they manage gracefully. Don't forget a box of their cookies to bring in to work the next day! You'll be a coffee-break hero.

With a winter storm approaching I felt the super market would be out of bread. I went to Roma's. Glad I did! Fresh bread being made all day. The aroma of the bakery and friendly staff made my morning.

Roma bakery is a good bakery. The pizza is good. We also way get turkey sandwiches. The tea is fine. They also have coffee. And a good selection of sweets.

I had horrible experience with Roma bakery yesterday. Sandwiches had funky taste, there large chocolate chip and m&m cookies tasted moldy. Pizza was so-so. I called them about half hour after we had tested everything and found out bad. Girl said oh sorry. I said I spend $73 and couldn't eat anything all had moldy-mildew taste. She said sorry but no manager she would have them call in morning, it is 6:30pm and have not heard from them. Never will be back and I suggest no one else either! Disgusted!

Great Scali bread and they have an awesome meatball offering. Get a sub or a tray you can not go wrong. Great sauce and I'm guessing their bread is in the meatballs.

Roma used to be a solid bakery, bought fresh blueberry muffins the other day. Today I got two blueberry scones, both of the were stale. Would have gone back with them but was already on my way into Boston when I had the first bite. For $8 I expect a fresh baked scones and not day old. I hope they will be able to shape up.

Your fresh baked breads, and your deli meat are unquestionable. Excellent. Your roast beef on scala, suburb. A now local, chef, approves. Don't forget to get an arancini. Cant wait for my next delivery..

Great food and staff

The best sandwich I have ever had, mind you I'm not the biggest bread person.They have the biggest selection of bakery food I have ever seen.There chicken chili is amazing especially since it's made with white beans.I will definitely go back again matter of fact thinking about going today.

Bought a cake from them. It was a nice cake.

I wanted to give 0 stars but one was the least I could do. The Italian rum cake was equally as bad as the service we received. The chocolate and vanilla cream tasted like lard. We also ordered mocha cakes that 2 people complained were stale. everything went into the trash! What a waste of money. We’ve never had such bad pastry. Will not go back!

Gigi is great. I went in looking for something with bacon (which they did not carry) but because they had bacon for breakfast sandwiches they were able to whip up some Oreo whoopie pies filled with bacon frosting. Talk about great customer service!

I had to wipe drool off my face when I walked in here. I live out of state and am originally from NE so a good bakery is a treat for me. I had a lobster tail that was to die for and a roll which was amazing.
